Product Introduction
This is a self-developed optical-grade high-precision comma blade coating unit. Built on 15 years of expertise in precision coating roller manufacturing, all core blade rollers and coating rollers are independently designed and produced in-house. Supported by strict precision machining and heat treatment processes, it is designed for high-end optical film precision coating applications and serves as a core coating system for optoelectronic materials and advanced functional film production.


Core Hardware Advantages

1. 1.75m Ultra-Mirror Hardened Coating Roller
The system is equipped with a 1.75-meter wide ultra-mirror roller. It is custom-machined using specially hardened materials. The roller surface achieves an extremely high-grade mirror finish. The roller features outstanding overall hardness and excellent resistance to bending and deformation.

Even under long-term high-speed continuous operation, there is no deflection or surface indentation. Under wide-width coating conditions, it maintains stable straightness, effectively eliminating edge thickness variation and striping defects.


2. Integrated Rigid Frame Structure
The machine adopts a one-piece cast reinforced frame structure with excellent vibration resistance and anti-stress deformation performance.

Under high-speed web handling and high-pressure adhesive supply conditions, the system operates smoothly. The closed-loop adjustment of the doctor blade gap is highly stable, preventing coating thickness fluctuations caused by structural vibration and ensuring consistent coating uniformity throughout the process.


3. Micron-Level Coating Precision Control
Enables ultra-thin and highly uniform coating. Thickness control accuracy reaches the micron level, fully meeting strict optical film requirements for high flatness, defect-free surfaces, and uniform thickness.

This significantly improves optical performance, flatness, and layer consistency of finished products.
