Starting from high-end coating doctor blades, we have built a complete and mature manufacturing system covering precision cutting, heat treatment, and mirror polishing processes, supported by local precision machining industry advantages.

We have long been a core supplier of doctor blades and precision roller components for major coating equipment OEMs in China. Our core component machining precision ranks among the top tier in the industry, and we have become a designated supplier for multiple mainstream coating equipment manufacturers due to our stable and reliable quality.

Leveraging our in-house R&D and manufacturing capability for cutting tools, we have officially launched a fully integrated precision coating head unit, achieving full in-house production from core doctor blades to complete coating head assemblies.

The blade substrate adopts a proprietary heat treatment modification process, different from conventional standard quenching methods. It ensures balanced hardness and toughness of the cutting edge, significantly improving resistance to fatigue, adhesive corrosion, and high-speed friction wear.

During long-term continuous operation, the blade is resistant to chipping, edge curling, and wear collapse. Its service life is several times longer than standard coating blades, greatly reducing replacement frequency and production cost.

2. Full-Surface Ultra-Mirror Polishing – Perfect Coating Uniformity
All comma blades can achieve ultra-mirror-level polishing. The blade edge straightness, flatness, and surface finish reach optical-grade standards.

With no burrs, no scratches, and extremely high micro-level flatness, the blade ensures smooth and uniform coating flow, effectively eliminating defects such as streaks, uneven thickness, and substrate scratching. It is perfectly suited for ultra-thin precision coatings and high-end optical film applications.

Combined with self-developed precision assembly benchmarks, the matching gap between blade and coating roller can be precisely adjusted, enabling stable micron-level thin coating control and meeting strict tolerance requirements for high-precision functional films.
